Demystifying DEIJ - Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Justice

Chatsworth International School has formalised Diversity, Inclusion and beyond in what has been encapsulated as DEIJ - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice this academic year of 2023/24.

Whilst work on forming the committee which is still evolving and developing the mission statement and its guiding principles commenced more than a year ago, the formation and its introduction to all staff members took place in August 2023.

As part of our continued commitment to DEIJ at Chatsworth we invited Andrew McGeehan of Trident Consulting to deliver a training session for teaching faculty and non-academic staff members of the school. This introductory workshop provided informative insights into the basic fundamentals of DEIJ. The workshop would well be a precursor to more Professional Development workshops in the near future.
