Careers

At Chatsworth, we work collaboratively to create the best learning experience for our students and we welcome suitably qualified individuals who share our values to join our community

At Chatsworth, we take to heart our mission to Inspire, Educate & Enlighten as we work together as an internationally-minded, diverse, inclusive community to create the best learning experience for our students. We believe that education does not just happen in classrooms but is enhanced by the holistic school experience and our interactions as a unified community.

Chatsworth takes a genuine interest in the professional development (PD) of our teachers and staff. The school sets aside two to three PD days per academic year where teachers attend highly relevant workshops or courses without students on campus. Additionally, teachers and staff attend workshops and conferences both within Singapore and the wider region. With such a large number of international schools in Singapore the country attracts some of the biggest names in educational leadership and research. All teachers receive IB training from IB regional workshops. Chatsworth is committed to the growth and development of all who teach here, whether new to IB teaching or seasoned practitioners seeking to refine skills and methodologies.

We are particularly excited in seeking dynamic individuals who are:

  • passionate about teaching and education
  • team players, flexible, willing to grow professionally and are internationally minded
  • committed to a holistic approach to education
  • experienced with technology integration, Mac OSX and Google
  • willing to go the extra mile for their students
  • interested in working within a school that is very much a community
  • preferably IB and EAL experienced
  • interested in ongoing curriculum development.

Join our team of committed professionals and an amazing community!

Chatsworth sets aside 2-3 PD days per academic year where teachers attend workshops or courses without students on campus.

Positions for the 2024-2025 academic year will be posted on the Search Associates website and will be visible below via the APLi widget as positions become available. When positions are available they will appear on Search Associates, as well as this area of our school website. If there are no positions available then the application widget will not be visible.

Chatsworth normally attends Search Associates fairs each November, December and January. Which fairs are attended depends on the number of vacancies to be filled but we typically attend the Singapore, Melbourne, Bangkok and London fairs (and sometimes Boston). In addition to interviewing at the various Search Associates fairs, we will conduct Skype/Zoom/Google Meet interviews for those applicants who are not able to attend.

We thank you for your interest in our school and look forward to speaking with you about available positions.
