School Leadership and Governance
Our people are the cornerstone of our school and our community. From academics to administration to leadership and governance, Chatsworth has highly experienced people working together to provide a great learning experience for our students.
The governance structure of Chatsworth International School consists of the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, the Academic Board, the Examinations Board, the School Leadership Team, the Academic Board and the Examination Board. Each of these bodies has clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
Internationally Qualified Academics Team
The highly qualified and internationally experienced Chatsworth academics team is passionate about education, is aligned with the school ethos and is committed to the mission to inspire, educate and enlighten our students.
63% of our teachers hold a Master and/or postgraduate qualifications. Our teachers are experienced and trained in delivering the IB curriculum. All our teachers have received training from the IB via regional and online workshops. Teachers new to Chatsworth and the IB are required to participate in IB training at the earliest possible opportunity. Whether new to IB teaching or seasoned teachers refining skills and methodologies, Chatsworth is committed to teacher growth and development.
